The Cincinnati Reds put catcher Joe Oliver on the 15-day disabled list because of a swollen ankle and traded minor leaguers Ross Powell and Marty Lister to the Houston Astros for catcher Eddie Taubensee. . . . Marge Schott, owner of the Reds, can expect to be cited for violating city law if she smokes in areas of Riverfront Stadium where smoking is prohibited, City Council members said.
