Top Reinsurance Lawyers Splitting From L.A. Firm: Attorneys Jonathan Bank and Peter Chaffetz have resigned their partnerships with Buchalter, Nemer Fields & Young and will take a practice in the insurance and reinsurance business, estimated to be worth more than $10 million, to the Los Angeles office of New York-based Chadbourne & Park. The move is considered a coup for Chadbourne and a blow to Buchalter Nemer.
