Park Service Seeks Feedback on 2 Sites
National Park Service officials are asking Ventura County residents to offer ideas and suggestions on how to improve programming, facilities and management at Circle X Ranch and Malibu Springs in the Santa Monica Mountains.
The park service, which runs the sites as part of its national recreation area, will hold three public meetings during the last week of August seeking input for a comprehensive management plan for the sites.
The first public meeting is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Camarillo Community Center at 1605 E. Burnley St.
Two additional meetings will be held in Beverly Hills and Malibu.
Those wishing to attend any of the meetings should call the National Park Service Information Center at (818) 597-9192 for directions and times.
