REAL ESTATE : Division Chief Takes Over Today at John Laing Homes

Larry Webb, former president of the south coast division of Pacific Greystone Homes in Newport Beach, starts his new position today as division president of John Laing Homes of California in Laguna Hills.
Webb, 46, who joined Greystone in 1991, was formerly a division president at Kaufman & Broad Corp. Before that he was director of marketing for the Mission Viejo Co.’s Colorado division.
With a master’s degree in planning from Harvard University, Webb serves on various nonprofit boards and soon will be president of the Orange County Building Industry Assn., a local real estate trade group.
