Monroe 48, Poly 26--Jason Anderson led the way for Monroe (4-0, 0-1), carrying 11 times for 180 yards, including a 97-yard touchdown.
Monroe quarterback Willie Alaimo rushed for 92 yards and three touchdowns in 12 carries. He completed two of five passes for 77 yards.
Travis McGivern of Poly completed five of 11 passes for 80 yards and two touchdowns. He also ran for a touchdown.
Leaford Hackett caught five passes for 104 yards and three touchdowns for Poly (0-4, 0-1).
