CITY SECTION ROUNDUP : Kennedy Backfield Leaves Chatsworth Seeing Double, 55-13

Kennedy High running backs Jaret Harris and Antwane Smith were double trouble for Chatsworth on Friday night, helping the Golden Cougars race to a 55-13 Northwest Valley Conference victory at Chatsworth.
Harris rushed for 162 yards and a touchdown in 10 carries. Smith gained 157 yards and scored two touchdowns in 16 carries.
Several players had big games for Kennedy, which improved its record to 7-0 overall, 4-0 in conference play. Damion Thompson rushed for three touchdowns and gained 43 yards in seven carries. Cal Zinck completed eight of 14 passes for 168 yards and a touchdown.
Kennedy scored 20 points in the first quarter and led at halftime, 28-7.
Kevin Bentley caught six passes for 51 yards and scored two touchdowns for Chatsworth (2-5, 1-3).
