Series TV ratings are up 15% from two years ago. Game 5 got a 21.6 rating and 34 share, Nielsen Media Research said Friday. That’s up 17% from Game 5 in 1993 between Toronto and Philadelphia, which got an 18.4 rating and 30 share. The five games this year have averaged a 19.5 rating and 32 share, up from a 17.0 rating and 29 share for the first five games in 1993.
