Holiday Closings

The following schedule will apply today in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday:

* All city, county, state and federal offices will be closed.

* County, state and federal courthouses will be closed.

* City and county libraries will be closed.

* Banks and savings and loans reopen today.

* Schools: There will be no classes. School offices, including those at colleges and universities, will be closed.

* Mail: There will be mail delivery today. Post offices will be open.

* Trash: Trash pickups will be a day late for the rest of the week, with the exceptions of Anaheim, Brea, Garden Grove, Placentia and Yorba Linda. In those cities, only residents with a Thursday trash pickup schedule will be pushed back to today.

* Buses: Orange County Transportation Authority buses resume their regular schedule.

* Parks: All city- and county-run parks and recreation facilities will be open during regular hours.
