Receiver Perry Leaves Northridge Hanging
Cameron Perry, one of the top receivers for Valley College, said Tuesday he is undecided if he will sign with Cal State Northridge, even though he has told Northridge coaches he would.
“It’s up in the air a little bit more,” Perry said, without elaborating.
Perry, a Hart High graduate, said he also is considering Wayne State, a Division II school in Nebraska. Perry caught 37 passes for 512 yards in an injury-shortened season at Valley.
Baseball
The Sylmar Independent Baseball League has scheduled signups for each Saturday this month.
Boys ages 5-16 are eligible. Girls 5-16 may sign up for softball.
