Bishop Amat freshman Shannon Wosman scored a game-high 17 points and Kiana Webb added 12 in the Lancers’ 65-28 victory over Ayala in the championship game of the Arroyo girls’ basketball tournament. The Lancers, who averaged 78 points in three games and improved to 10-1, placed four players on the all-tournament team in Kelly Chavez, Zakiya Chavez, Wosman and Webb. . . . Junior Myesha Saleem of Monrovia had 20 points, 12 rebounds, eight assists and seven steals to lead the Ladycats to a 56-26 victory over Arcadia in a consolation game of the Arroyo tournament. . . . Senior Josh Giles scored 20 points, including two three-point baskets, to lead Glendora to a 72-40 nonleague victory over Pasadena. . . . Senior Josh Amstone had 25 points and 10 rebounds to lead Arroyo to a 59-49 nonleague victory over Hacienda Heights Wilson. . . . Tony Tatikian scored two unassisted goals to lead Pasadena to a 4-0 victory over Keppel in boys’ soccer. . . . Tracy Chambers and Allison Carey of San Gabriel were named to the first-team all-Southern Section Division III in girls’ volleyball.
