Wyle Electronics Plans European Moves

IRVINE — Wyle Electronics said it has completed its previously announced acquisition of The Ginsbury Group, a privately held international electronics distribution company based in New Jersey.
Ralph L. Ozorkiewicz, chief executive of Wyle, said the acquisition gives his company a presence in the European electronics market for the first time.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Irvine-based Wyle is a national electronics distributor, specializing in marketing semiconductors and computer products. The company has 30 locations nationwide.
