. . . Junkyard, a mixed-breed terrier belonging to an aerial photographer, returned home after being given mouth-to-muzzle resuscitation by her owner, who pulled the dog from a burning airplane.
The photographer’s plane burst into flames on the runway at John Wayne Airport, filling the cabin with smoke that nearly asphyxiated the dog.
