Thousand Oaks Under Monarchy

Thousand Oaks City Manager Grant Brimhall is kingpin of the city.
At the late-night special City Council meeting Jan. 11, it was established by the majority of council members that everything (information, requests, concerns, complaints) must be filtered through the city manager.
Mayor Andy Fox said this was done for “accountability purposes.” The question becomes: Who dares to demand that Brimhall be held accountable?
This clearly demonstrates that the city of Thousand Oaks is run by a dictatorship and monarchy-controlled government.
