Countertop Company Moves to Ventura
GW Surfaces, a producer and installer of counter tops, has moved from Santa Barbara to an 18,000-square-foot building on Palma Drive in Ventura.
The company has signed a long-term lease for the building, according to CB Commercial Real Estate Group in Ventura. GW subsidiary Shower Shapes, which makes shower floors and other bathroom fixtures, also made the move.
Other relocations negotiated by CB Commercial:
Cardkey Systems moved from Cochran Street in Simi Valley to the former First Interstate Bank building on Tapo Canyon Road in the same city.
Infotec Development Inc., which does software design and development for the Naval Air Station at Point Mugu, moved from Camino Ruiz to Airport Way in Camarillo.
Bank of America opened a new residential loan office on Victoria Avenue in Ventura.
