Memorial for Kaus Set
A public memorial program honoring retired California Supreme Court Justice Otto M. Kaus is scheduled for Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the hearing room of the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors in the Kenneth Hahn Hall of Administration. Kaus, 76, who retired from the high court in 1985, died Jan. 11 of cancer in his Beverly Hills home.
