Planners Approve Beaty Ford Expansion
Simi Valley planning commissioners have approved Bob Beaty Ford’s plans to build extra service bays at its dealership on 1st and Cochran streets.
The four new bays, added onto a service building, will face Cochran Street along the southwest corner of the lot. The dealership will offer oil changes, lubrication and other services in the bays.
The 1,672-square-foot addition will eliminate six parking spaces from the parking lot.
