Sole Survivor of California, an Oxnard maker of outdoor clothing, has sold its headquarters building and moved to a larger plant in that city’s Channel Islands Business Park.
Sole’s former headquarters at the corner of A Street and Wooley Road was purchased by Dynacorn International Inc., an Oxnard producer of auto body parts.
Dynacorn paid $825,000 for the 15,000-square-foot building, according to Crocker DiMeo Realty, which represented both parties in the sale.
Sole, which makes outdoor and casual clothing under the Gramicci label, has moved to a 26,000-square-foot plant in the Channel Islands center off the Pacific Coast Highway. The company has taken a five-year lease on its new headquarters.
In addition to occupying the building it purchased from Sole, Dynacorn plans to continue maintaining its headquarters on Fiske Place in Oxnard.
