PNB Financial Plans $1-Million Repurchase
NEWPORT BEACH — PNB Financial Group, holding company for Pacific National Bank, said it plans to repurchase and retire up to $1 million of company stock over the next year. PNB’s directors said they believe the stock, which has been trading in a range of $5 to $6 per share, is a good value.
