That compares with net income of $2.8 million, or 34 cents a share, for 1994. Sales dropped 3%, to $25.2 million from $25.9 million. For the fourth quarter, the company lost $1.1 million, or 14 cents a share, contrasted with net income of $683,000, or 8 cents a share, for the fourth quarter of 1994. Revenue dropped 6%, to $6.2 million from $6.6 million. The company said revenue was affected in part by the sale of a major subsidiary during the quarter.
