Tonight: Candidates in three county supervisor races will participate in a forum sponsored by the National Assn. for the Advancement of Colored People and the Black American Political Assn. of California at the Solid Rock Christian Center, 5105 Walker St., Ventura, 7 p.m. Information: 485-6006.
