Hermosa Beach holds its second annual St. Patrick’s Day parade and festival Saturday. The festival begins at 10 a.m. on lower Pier Avenue near the pier. Irish entertainment from noon to 6 p.m. will be at two locations.
At Pier Avenue and the Strand, the Misty Isle Bagpipe Band, the Beach City Cloggers and the Irish Eyes will perform. At Hermosa Avenue and 14th Street, the Hermosa Beach Dazzlers, the Super Kids and the Innisfree will play.
The parade starts at 11 a.m. at Valley Drive and Pier Avenue and follows a one-mile route west on Pier, south on Hermosa and then east on 2nd Street.
