Chapman Edges Cal Lutheran in 10

Don Disbro singled home Jeremy Preis in the top of the 10th inning to give Chapman a 3-2 victory over Cal Lutheran in a nonconference baseball game Wednesday at Cal Lutheran.
Disbro finished with three hits, two runs scored and a run batted in for Chapman (22-15). Behind the plate, Preis threw out three baserunners, picking off one at first and catching two trying to steal second.
For Cal Lutheran (27-10-1), Mike Young had three hits and Tom McGee had two hits and an RBI.
