Jerry’s Deli Agrees to Buy Solley’s Delis
- Share via
Jerry’s Famous Deli Inc., a Studio City restaurant operator, has tentatively agreed to acquire two Solley’s Delicatessen restaurants in Woodland Hills and Sherman Oaks.
Terms of the proposed transaction were not disclosed. Jerry’s said the two restaurants have combined annual revenues of about $7.5 million.
Jerry’s Chief Executive Isaac Starkman said the Solley’s restaurants are in good locations, and the Sherman Oaks deli has a bakery that could supply bagels and other baked goods to the five other company-owned restaurants.
The transaction requires landlord consents, governmental approvals and the negotiation of a definitive agreement.
