* Aegir Systems in Oxnard has been awarded a four-year contract for $1.9 million from the Federal Transit Administration to help transit agencies improve the personal security of their patrons and employees. The contract calls for Aegir to evaluate the security plans of public and private transit systems and develop a security audit manual. The contract went into effect March 1.

Litton also won a $218,321 contract from Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma for electrical and electronic equipment components, and a $89,064 contract from Kelly Air Force Base in Texas for flight command indicators.
