SEC Sets Up Complaint E-Mailbox: The Securities and Exchange Commission said the mailbox will accept complaints of alleged investor fraud. The site, called an “enforcement complaint center,” can be reached through the SEC’s Internet home page at https://www.sec.gov. It has a form investors can fill out and send electronically to the agency’s enforcement division. “The center welcomes complaints about all types of fraud, not just Internet-related activities,” the SEC said. The SEC already monitors the Internet for investment scams. The center can also be reached on the Internet at https://www.sec.gov/enforce/comctr.htm
