I-Flow Expands Deal
IRVINE — I-Flow Corp. expanded its agreement with Fresenius AG, a German distributor, to sell its ambulatory infusion products in 22 European countries. The agreement includes an initial licensing fee payment of $300,000 and minimum purchase requirements totaling $13.3 million over five years, I-Flow said.
The original agreement allowed Fresenius to sell the products in only Germany, Switzerland and Austria, I-Flow said.
