Regency Health Services Inc.: The Tustin post-acute care provider reported second-quarter net income of $3.1 million, or 19 cents a share. That compares with net income of $1.8 million, or 11 cents a share, for the year-earlier quarter, which included a $3.1-million, one-time charge for the settlement of a class-action lawsuit. Quarterly revenue gained 38% to $137.6 million from $99.8 million. First-half profit rose 18% to $5.8 million, or 35 cents a share, from $4.9 million, or 29 cents a share, for the first six months last year. Revenue grew 36% to $267.6 million from $197.3 million.
