AOL Problems More Than Day Long

“America Online Goes Offline--Again” (Sept. 26) says the trouble occurred between 3 and 3:45 p.m. Pacific time. I had trouble connecting to America Online all day on Sept. 25, and they lost all my e-mail files that I had received.
When I talked with them on the phone, they said they were working on it, but they would not answer any e-mail questions I sent to their technicians. Some of the problems that I’m aware of went back to the previous week.
