Oilers Sock It To Ducks, Win 5-2

Dean McAmmond scored two goals Saturday night at Edmonton, Canada, as the Oilers beat the Mighty Ducks, 5-2, in a fight-filled exhibition game.
Kevin Lowe, Miroslav Satan and Louie DeBrusk also scored for the Oilers (3-0-1) and Bobby Dollas and Valeri Karpov had power-play goals for the Ducks (2-3-2).
Ken Baumgartner was involved in two fights, slugging it out with Luke Richardson and Oilers captain Kelly Buchberger. Edmonton’s Louie DeBrusk fought Warren Rychel and Barry Nieckar, and Oilers rookie Mike Grier exchanged punches with Darren Van Impe.
