Soil Products Company Moves to New Building

Agro Dynamics Inc. has nearly doubled the size of its Ventura facility with its relocation to a 12,400-square-foot building at 1430 N. Ventura Ave.
The company signed a five-year lease valued at $251,000 for the free-standing building on just over an acre of land, according to Daum Commercial Real Estate Services.
Headquartered in New Jersey, Agro Dynamics provides soil products for agricultural uses. It is using the new Ventura location primarily for warehousing.
The company previously was at 3891 N. Ventura Ave.
