Sealy, Richardson Have Cold Hands
Guard Malik Sealy, who shot 40.6% in the Clippers’ first two games, has missed 20 of 25 shots in the last three. Sealy missed nine of 10 shots in Sunday’s 81-70 victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves.
“I don’t think I’ve ever had this many shots just rattle around the rim, bounce high, touch the rim four or five times and not go in, but I’m here every day shooting,” Sealy said. “I won’t miss them all.
“I’m getting good shots, I don’t think I’m taking bad shots, I’m just not hitting. I’ve got to shoot my way through it.”

Point guard Pooh Richardson isn’t shooting much better than Sealy. Richardson, who missed nine of 10 shots against the Timberwolves, has made only three of 20 shots (15%) in his last two games.
“I’m not upset at all,” he said. “The first two games I was getting great looks and I was knocking them all down. I’m not going to overdo nothing to try to correct anything. I’m shooting the ball right. I just missed some shots. It’ll come around.”
