SACRAMENTO--Native American artisans will demonstrate weaving, pottery making, elk-antler carving and other skills at the Indian Arts and Crafts Christmas Fair, Nov. 29, 30 and Dec. 1 at the California State Indian Museum, 2618 K St. 10 a.m.-4:30 p.m. $3 for those 13 and older; $1.50, ages 6-12. TEMECULA--This city’s popular Electric Light Parade, on Dec. 5, will feature lighted floats, plus horses and marching bands. It begins at 7 p.m. on Jefferson Avenue. Free. (909) 694-6480.
SAN LUIS OBISPO--Look for holiday decorations, dolls, Santa and more at Christmas in the Plaza, Dec. 7 and 8.
