Craig to Play Golf for Pepperdine

Kelly Craig, the 1995 Sea View League individual golf champion from Santa Margarita, has signed a letter of intent to attend Pepperdine.

Craig helped the Eagles to the 1996 Southern Section team title.

Laurie Osuna, captain of the swimming team at Canyon High, has signed with Cal State Northridge.

Osuna’s best times are 24.90 seconds in the 50 freestyle and 54.90 in the 100 freestyle.

Koo Kim, a guard at Costa Mesa, has accepted an appointment to the the preparatory school for the Air Force Academy. She plans to play women’s basketball.

Kim, an All-Pacific Coast League first-team player, averaged 14.3 points and four assists for the Mustangs last year.
