Antelope Valley--The Antelopes appear to be deep and talented. Returning are Kelly, Walker and Williams, each of whom averaged in double figures last season.
Bell-Jeff--With Dennis and Douglas, the Guards might have the best backcourt in the region and could make a run at the Division IV title.
Channel Islands--With its starting five returning, led by Charles Merricks, the Raiders are favorites to win the Marmonte League.
Crescenta Valley--The Falcons have averaged 18 victories over the past 34 seasons. Muir transfer Derek Dawson will bolster one of the smallest, youngest Crescenta Valley teams in memory.
Hart--The Indians were 20-8 last year and will bid for a third Foothill League championship in four years behind the strong front line of Brian Kirk and Cory Johnson, who averaged 17.4 points and 8.4 rebounds last season.
Harvard-Westlake--The state-champion Wolverines lost one starter from a squad that finished 30-2 and should be No. 1 again.
Royal--The Highlanders were 18-8 and Marmonte League champions last year. Can Ryan Nielsen lift them to similar heights?
