NEWPORT BEACH — Smith Technology Corp. said Monday that it has received two contracts totaling nearly $790,000 for underground storage tank services in California.
The company said the contracts are for furnishing labor, equipment and materials required to upgrade, remove or install new underground storage tanks.
The first contract, valued at $636,000, calls for Smith to install seven aboveground storage tanks and construct a vehicle wash-water recycling system at the Marine Corps Mountain Training Center in Bridgeport.
The second deal is a $150,000 contract with Kaiser Permanente for storage tank work at several San Francisco area hospitals.
