Hospice to Hold Memorial Service

“Remembering brings healing” is the theme of Camarillo Hospice’s 13th annual Community Memorial Service on Monday.

“Everyone is welcome to attend this interdenominational service commemorating the lives of deceased loved ones and their families and friends who have suffered a loss,” said Edith Santangelo, a hospice spokeswoman.

Participants will have an opportunity to add the name of a loved one to a memorial wreath, which will be on display during and after the service.

Camarillo Hospice is a volunteer organization that provides emotional and practical support to individuals living with a life-threatening illness and their families. All services are free.

The memorial service will be held at 5:30 p.m. at Mount Cross Lutheran Church, 102 Camino Esplendido.
