New Name for NuOasis

IRVINE — NuOasis Gaming Inc. said it changed its name Thursday to Group V Corp. and is moving its headquarters to Newport Beach in July. The stock trades over the counter under a new symbol, GRPV.

The name change, approved by shareholders at a recent meeting, is part of a new strategy that will include an aggressive acquisition effort, the domestic gaming company said.
