Local Athletes to Play at Water Polo Event

Robin Beauregard, Dani Bell and Jackie Frank of the Golden West women’s water polo club team, will compete in the Junior and Senior Nationals July 28-Aug. 3 at Novato.
The three recently played on the U.S. junior team, which defeated Hungary in overtime to win the bronze medal at the World Championships in Prague.
Beauregard, 18, a recent graduate of Marina High, will play water polo at UCLA.
Bell, 18, a recent graduate from Long Beach Wilson, will attend Stanford.
Frank, 17, will be a senior this fall at Los Alamitos.
