Moorpark Playing Host to Wrestling Meet

Moorpark will play host to the Southern California dual-meet wrestling championships on Saturday, a one-day tournament that will include six schools.
The winner of the tournament will play host to the state dual-meet championships Nov. 15.
Ati Conner of Moorpark, who placed second in the state as a senior at Dos Pueblos High in 1996, is 17-0 and ranked first at 167 pounds in Southern California. Conner and teammate Juan Roman, 17-0 at 126, placed first Saturday at the West Valley tournament.
