OUTLOOK
Locke is especially excited about two things this season: The Tartans are moving their home games to Capistrano Valley High School, and he has the luxury of two experienced quarterbacks. Gilbert and Freeman can also play wide receiver. St. Margaret’s also has most of its line returning. The question marks lie in St. Margaret’s running game and its receivers. The Tartans have also had to replace some players on defense, which makes Kelly, who’s only a sophomore, a important factor on that side of the ball.
