Optum Agrees to Merge

COSTA MESA —  Optum Software, which provides software that helps fulfill retail orders more efficiently, said Tuesday that it has agreed to a merger with Metasys Inc. Terms weren’t disclosed. The combined company will be known as Optum Software.
