How About Some Bang for the Angels’ Bucks?
I like the new “Big Ed” baseball stadium. It has the look and feel of a real old-time park. A new picnic area in left, a new scoreboard in right, and the Ultimate Fake Rock Pile in center.
What is this? Adventure Land? Is that the Log Ride out there? Or Big Thunder Mountain? Watching the Dodger game at the stadium last week, I fully expected to see small mining cars filled with crazed, screaming tourists go whizzing by out there!
Frankly, instead of having the Rock Pile in center, I would rather have Mark McGwire at first. Right here. Right now.
