For “As Good as It Gets,” Helen Hunt has picked up, clockwise from top right: an Oscar (her first); a Golden Globe (her fifth); the ShoWest actress of the year statuette (for her body of work); a SAG Award (her second); and an American Comedy Award (her fourth). That added with two “Mad About You” Emmys already at home would make for one crowded mantelpiece. Hunt’s publicist, however, says the actress has the gleaming tchotchkes modestly “scattered about” her home office in what could hardly qualify as a shrine. As for a Tony, let’s wait and monitor her Broadway reception this summer in “Twelfth Night.”
