* Naturade Inc. agreed to stop making unsubstantiated health claims about its nutritional supplement Kidsplex Jr. in a settlement with Texas. The Paramount-based health products manufacturer also agreed to pay $20,000 to cover costs of the investigation. State prosecutors say Naturade made unsubstantiated claims the product could help children with such problems as attention deficit disorder. Naturade also agreed to refund money to consumers who request it.
