MONTEREY--Racing pigs, the World Dog Frisbee Champions, big-band and blues acts will share the spotlight at the 62nd annual Monterey County Fair Tuesday through next Sunday. This year’s fair will offer carnival rides, garden and livestock exhibits, arts and crafts and food. Noon-11 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, 10 a.m.-11 p.m. Saturday, 10 a.m.-10 p.m. next Sunday.
