Cypress vs. Woodenville in Title Game
Woodenville West of Washington earned a berth in the title game against the Cypress Federal Little League all-stars by beating Tassajara Valley of Danville, 5-0, Wednesday night at the Little League Western Regional in San Bernardino.
The game, at 7 tonight, will be broadcast live on ESPN2. The winner advances to the Little League World Series, which begins Sunday at Williamsport, Pa.
Matt Tuiasosopo pitched a three-hitter, striking out 16 and walking none for Woodenville.

Mike Smith struck out nine, gave up five hits and went the distance as the Vigilantes beat the Tri-City Posse, 8-0, in a Western League game in Pasco, Wash.
Manny Gennaro had two hits and three runs batted in, Phil Kernan and three hits and scored three runs and Robert Muro had three hits with an RBI.
With 14 games left in the second half, the Vigilantes (16-15) remain six games behind Southern Division leader Chico. Tri-City dropped to 13-18.
