Professor Picasso

So George Kemenes thinks the new Walt Disney Concert Hall will be “the junk heap of the world” (Saturday Letters, Aug. 8). Unfortunately, Mr. Kemenes does not understand fine architectural design. A quote from Pablo Picasso seems appropriate:

”. . . I do not read English. An English book is a blank book to me. That does not mean that English does not exist. Why should I blame anyone but myself if I cannot understand what I know nothing about?”
