At its meeting tonight, the City Council will certify the results of the Nov. 3 election in which Mayor Steve Dicterow and Councilman Paul Freeman retained their seats, and Toni Iseman defeated Councilman Wayne Baglin. The council also will swear in Iseman, choose a new mayor and mayor pro tem and adopt a resolution commending Baglin on his service. The council meets at 6 p.m. in City Hall council chambers, 505 Forest Ave. Information: (949) 497-0705.
