Visit a newly refurbished Spanish Colonial home, “La Trastornada,” in an open house Saturday from 1 to 6 p.m. The casa was built in 1927 for wealthy businessman Otto Seiffert in true hacienda form. The home includes a main formal living house and two guest cottages, according to G. Wayne Eggleston, executive director of The Heritage of San Clemente Foundation, which is sponsoring the event.
