“Stiff Laws Keep San Marino Tidy” (Dec. 1) reports on a San Marino homeowner who “was recently fined $1,000 and ordered to plant a new 60-inch diameter tree.” I have two questions. 1) Did the homeowner obey the order? 2) If so, how tall was the tree?
